Downloading the graphic pack - problems

So, I tried downloading the in-game graphic pack, in order to modify it, and use my modified one. It wouldn't work. This popped up when it finished downloading. (showing all the things in the screenshot for max information)

After it fails, I can try to re-download it, by double-clicking the download, and it will work (sort of). It will say successful download, and I can unzip the file. But, then the graphic pack will not work. I can put the filepath in, and it doesn't work, at all. So, I think it has to do with the fact that it's always failing when I download it.

Help please?

I would say, try to clear your cache and cookies in your browser and download it again. And if it didn't work, send a message to Support telling about the problem.
And to put in the file-path, you need to upload your Graphic-Pack at a website, then place the link there to have your own style on the game.

from what it said in the help pop-up, I should be able to load mine right from my computer.

Also, I did clear my cache and cookies. So...I'll send a message Thanks!
