To help us getting a better overview of the problem, we need the following information from you:
- date the problem has been detected
- gameworld which the can't connect/have long response times etc.
- player location (country)
- type of internet access (modem, isdn, dsl, cable, sattelite, ...)
- mtr/tracert report
Without tracert/mtr reports we can't do anything to resolve this problem. The other information is not necessary but very useful.

* Using tracert
Tracert is a command line tool which must be run inside the command shell. To launch the command shell,
press Start -> run, enter 'cmd' (without the ') and press "OK",
type 'tracert travians.com' (without the '), press "OK" and wait until the program has finished.
Right click into the command shell to open the menu to select, copy&paste text.

* Using mtr
Download winmtr from the location above or use this direct link:
http://winmtr.sourceforge.net/winmtr_bin.zip
The zip archive contains only 2 files, one is an executable.
Start winmtr, enter "travians.com" into the "Host" field and click start. The test can be stopped after 1000 packets have been send.
Click "Export Text co clipboard" and past it into your reply email to us.
